Discover below the data concerning the development of freight traffic in Switzerland, by the year 2030.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Between 2010 and 2030, transport services (ton-kilometres) in all freight traffic show an increase of around 45%. The outlook continues to bank on a strong increase in the share of rail transport and will experience a significantly higher than average increase. Rail transport services will increase by around 77%. As for road freight transport, it should grow by 27% until 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The prospects outlined by the Federal Office for Spatial Development illustrate all the relevance of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.safram.com\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SAFRAM<\/a> model, which is fully in keeping with the multimodal vision.
