This project represents a <strong>significant investment of time and resources<\/strong>, with extensive work carried out throughout 2025 and beyond and a phased operational deployment which started at the end 2025.<br \/>\nThis project reflects our<strong> long-term vision and commitment<\/strong> to continuously invest in innovative, reliable, and safe logistics solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Objective<\/strong><br \/>\nThe RFID project aims to optimize order preparation and cross-dock flows by introducing advanced automation and real-time data capture across our transport operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expected Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved quality and shipment accuracy,<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced traceability throughout the transport \/ logistics chain,<\/li>\n<li>Faster, safer, and more reliable loading and receiving operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RFID Technology &amp; Our Long-Term Commitment<\/strong><br \/>\nRadio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology enables automatic identification and tracking of goods using radio waves, without manual scanning or line-of-sight constraints.<br \/>\nRFID technology will enable us to deliver :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Real-time visibility<\/strong> across receiving, preparation, and loading activities,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reduction of manual operations and human error<\/strong>, improving service quality,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Increased operational speed<\/strong>, especially at dock level,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Improved safety<\/strong>, limiting manual checks in loading areas,<\/li>\n<li><strong>A scalable automation platform<\/strong> supporting future growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our dedicated Project Team invested considerable effort in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technology selection and testing,<\/li>\n<li>Adaptation to packaging and product constraints,<\/li>\n<li>Alignment with our operational and business processes,<\/li>\n<li>Pilot execution and validation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This extensive preparation phase has ensured that RFID is not only innovative, but also <strong>robust, reliable, and fully adapted to our real operational environment<\/strong>.
