It’s official since the 27th of August 2020: All of SAFRAM’s French agencies are now certified authorized economic operators (AEO). They are thus following the example of the Paris agency, certified since 2016.

SAFRAM is a European transport company of Swiss origin, serving industrial and commercial companies looking for quality logistics services.

The AEO certification is a status issued by French customs authorities since the 1st of January 2018. It is recognized in Switzerland, Norway, Japan, the United States, China and in all European countries.

The AEO status makes it possible to secure the international logistics chain and fight against fraud and attacks. It also facilitates international trade and simplifies customs procedures.

The AEO certification now covers all of SAFRAM’s French agencies : Paris, Lyon, Grasse, La Roche-sur-Foron, Bordeaux and Avignon. It was successfully carried out by SAFRAM’s French Customs Manager, Mr. David Chaillan based in Genas, Lyon.
