February 3, 2026Our gender equality index this year stands at 73 out of 100, a slight decrease compared to last year. This result encourages us to strengthen our actions in order to make lasting progress.
We therefore plan to implement concrete measures to promote a better work-life balance between women and men, in particular by fostering equal opportunities, transparency in career development, and a fairer compensation policy.
Our goal is to significantly improve this score next year by making gender equality a shared priority at all levels of the organization.
