CTS GROUP is supported by a qualified team. The carrier makes sure the damage on its incoming trucks is systematically recorded in a software programme and monitored internally by the quality team. On site, a remote monitoring system makes it possible to view all the loading and unloading operations. The company has employees dedicated to the ISO standards or training the teams in ADR regulations. The standards regarding the use of forklifts are listed in a specific manual. Finally, staff assessments, with marks being awarded based on performance as well as attitude, are performed annually to maintain the level of quality which the SAFRAM network demands.
